❤︎⁠ Do you ship internationally ?

Yes! The shipping is worldwide. My shop is based in Vietnam and I use different shipping services like USPS, YUN, Royal Mail for delivery.

If you can't checkout or you see everything on my store is "SOLD OUT", please contact me, I may not have added shipping rate to your place yet.

❤︎⁠ Is there customs fee for shipping to my country ?

The customs fee depends on your country.

For EU, there will be Duties (based on product types) + VAT. I'm using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. Duties and VAT will be charged at checkout so you shouldn't need to pay any further fees.

For US, Canada, these customs are paid beforehand so you don't need to pay extra fee.

For Brazil, I use Royal Mail (an UK service) for shipping so you will need to pay customs fee to receive your order.

Orders are usually packed and shipped out after 2 to 3 weeks. Time can vary to months if you purchase pre-order merch. Please contact me before purchasing if you need the merch on specific time.

❤︎⁠ How long would it take for my order to arrived ?

Usually 10 days for US orders, 10-20 days for worldwide orders.

❤︎⁠ How is shipping rate calculated ?

Shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on products weight.
